Cameron Visagie works at the intersection of business strategy, technology delivery, academic research, and public reflection. He is based in New Plymouth, New Zealand, and his thinking remains shaped by Cape Town, South Africa, where he grew up and built his early career.

The short version

Cameron is the founder of BounceUp Consulting Services and the founder and principal agent of Bercliff Estates. He builds business systems on Oracle APEX, advises small businesses and not-for-profits, teaches and mentors, and writes on business, faith, education and social justice.

Business & entrepreneurship

Across two decades Cameron has worked with small and mid-sized enterprises, NPOs, and body corporates on strategy, compliance, financial administration, and process improvement. He founded BounceUp Investments and continues to lead Bercliff Estates in property and rental administration.

Technology

Cameron designs and builds business-grade applications on Oracle APEX with PL/SQL. Recent work includes admin platforms, AI-assisted business tools, OCI-based deployments, and bespoke workflow automation for consulting clients.

Research & education

Cameron is a Doctor of Business Leadership (DBL) candidate at UNISA, researching the role of entrepreneurship and small business growth in emerging economies. He holds multiple postgraduate qualifications and remains active as an educator and academic mentor.
